common questions
1. How do I pay?
You can choose to pay via card payment, swish, crypto currency or against invoice which can also be paid in part if you so wish.
2. How do I know that my order has been approved?
We accept all orders manually. This means that it can take up to 48h before you receive a confirmation email / receipt / SMS. We always work as fast as we can so that we can approve your order.
3. What age limit do you have for your trips?
18 years unless otherwise stated in the description of the trip.
4. Do I need a passport?
Pass och/eller nationellt ID kort är obligatoriskt för alla resor med Coretours. Inga undantag! Körkort och andra vanliga ID kort (ex. utfärdat av banker etc) är alltså EJ giltliga som resehandlingar för att få resa. Coretours återbetalar inget till personer som nekas på grund av att pass / nationellt ID kort ej medtagits.
If you do not find your passport or need to fix a temporary one, it is possible with police. Nationellt ID kort beställs även det hos Polisen.
5. Is it possible to only buy a trip of yours?
I vissa fall så erbjuder vi direkt produkter som heter “ENDAST BUSSRESA” och dylikt men i de flesta fallen så är entrébiljett inkluderat i priset.
We sometimes make exceptions and special packages. Everything looks different depending on the situation and the layout of the trip. Feel free to email our support and we will have a dialogue about what is possible :)
6. The price has changed for a trip, why?
Precis som andra företag så har vi ibland olika kampanjer för vissa resor. Priset kan därmed bli lägre eller högre. Vanligaste formen av kampanj vi brukar använda oss av är “EARLY BIRD” vilket oftast innebär att resans pris är reducerat under en viss kort tidsperiod. Så ser du “EARLY BIRD” på en resa se då till att hugga resepaketet omgående om du vill göra en bra affär ;)
7. Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
Yes alcohol is allowed. Coretours and their designated travel guides have the right to seize alcoholic beverages if the individual's behavior poses a danger to the other fellow travelers.
8. Is it allowed to include drugs to and from the event?
Drugs are prohibited on Coretours buses. This also applies in countries outside Sweden.
9. Does my bank card work abroad?
For the most part (just like in Sweden), the bank cards work completely flawlessly abroad. However, it happens that the technology fails. We therefore recommend all our travelers to bring cash that is enough for a weekend's food.
10. How do I get the entrance ticket to the event?
For all trips except Tomorrowland, Intents Festival and Q-dance events, we will distribute the entrance tickets on the bus just before we arrive at the event. The tour guides share a physical ticket for you on the bus :)
For trips to the events mentioned above, we will send out an SMS with a unique code that you use to register your ticket. In this SMS you will find the code but also other important information where you, for example, register the ticket and so on :)
Defqon.1 Festival
A unique code is sent out via SMS to every traveler. We get the codes by Q-dance. When we get the codes and will send them out, nothing we can answer is that it is Q-dance that holds that aspect.
Intents Festival
A unique code is sent out via SMS to every traveler. We get the codes from the organizer. When we get the codes and will send these out, nothing we can answer is that it is the organizer who holds that aspect.
Tomorrowland

11. When is the bus back home?
When the bus arrives home again, it is often difficult to answer exactly at that time

12. What time does the bus leave the festival?
Information about when we leave the festival can be found on the product page for the event on our website.

13. Where can I download my order receipt used when boarding?
Log in to your account and then choose order history and then download your order receipt as PDF.
14. Are we staying at the table shop or any other border trade?
We usually stay at a table shop or other shop where you can shop for drinks and more. Everything depends on how the travelers behave on each bus. If it has become too messy on the down trip then the tour guides have the right to decide not to stay at any store either on the down journey or the return journey.

16. Are there any fees associated with booking?
Online Payment
A service charge of 3% of the order amount will be added.
Bill payment
En serviceavgift samt en fakturavgift tillkommer på din order.

17. Can I choose different pick-up points for me and my friends?
Yes you can choose different pick-up points. For example, you can choose Gothenburg for yourself and then Malmö for the friend you book for.
Note, however, that you can only select the pick-up points offered by the respective bus. If you want to hop on in Gothenburg and your friend in Stockholm and the pick-up places are not on the same bus then you need to make separate bookings.

18. Can it be changed afterwards?
Yes it is possible to change the pickup location afterwards. However, you can only change the pickup location to any of the locations we offer for that specific bus.

19. How do I book a trip?

Du hittar ditt order ID på ditt orderkvitto. Detta kvittot kan du ladda ner på ditt konto på Coretours.se när du är inloggad :)
21. Vad händer om ett evenemant blir framflyttat?
Om ett event blir framflyttat så uppdateras din order så den gäller för nästa upplaga av evenemanget som arrangören anordnar :)
22. Administrativavgift
I vissa tillfällen kan det tillkomma en administrativavgift på 200kr eller högre vid förändring av din order. Detta kan bland annat vara vid speciella samarbeten angående biljetter då ett evenemang blir framflyttat.
cancellation
1. How do I cancel a booked travel package?
A purchased travel package is not cancellable. If you have been prevented from suffering from illness or other incident, protection is often found in your home insurance or via your bank card if you have paid with a card. Contact your insurance company and bank to see which possibilities for compensation are possible. Coretours obviously helps with certificates and the like if the insurance company or the bank wishes this.
Change
1. Can I change the owner / traveler on my ticket?
Yes, it is possible up to 4 days before departure.

2. How much does a name change cost?
A name change costs SEK 500.
För event och festivaler som är påverkade av COVID-19 utgår ingen namnbytesavgift för de resor som är bokat innan 31 Mars 2020 :) Övriga bokningar efter 31 Mars 2020 behöver du betala namnbytesavgiften :)
3. Who will pay the name change?
In order for us to be able to ensure that the owner of the order wants to make a name change, the person who stands for the order must pay for the change of name by card or swish.
4. Who will send in the name change?
The documents (PDF) must be submitted by the person who placed the order. In this way we secure that the owner of the order has certified that a name change is OK.

5. Where can I download the name exchange document?
Kontakta supporten via mail (ej facebook) på [email protected] för att få den utskickad. Ange i mailet vilket event/festival det gäller :)
6. Where can I pay the name exchange fee?

7. How long does a name change take?
We always try to make the name changes as fast as possible, but as we are a small company, it can take longer time to do so when we have a lot to do or are away at festivals. So we cannot respond generally to how long it takes :)
8. I have no scanner, how do I send in the name change?
Use the Camscanner app.
Then choose to export as PDF and send to our mail
9. Vad är giltligheten för ett namnbyte?
Namnbytet är giltligt för den kommande upplagan av evenemanget oavsett specificerat evenemangsdatum. Det vill säga att ifall ett event blir framflyttat så fortsätter ditt namnbyte att vara giltligt.
Poäng
1. Vad är poäng för något?
Varje gång du bokar en resa med Coretours så får du poäng. Poängen beräknas på själva resepaketet med buss och entré. Tillägg till din resa som tex förmonterat 2-mannatält genererar inga poäng.
2. Hur använder jag mina poäng?
Du behöver ha samlat ihop minst 10 000 poäng för att kunna utnyttja dem och få ett rabatterat pris. Du kan välja att spendera dina poäng i kassan.
3. Hur länge gäller mina poäng?
För varje poäng du samlat ihop så är det 1-års giltighet.
Detta beräknas för varje beställning. Har du beställt en resa 1 mars så försvinner dessa poäng nästkommande år om du ej spenderat upp dem.
bus Questions
1. Can my friends and I switch to another bus?
In some cases, it is possible to switch from bus X to bus Y. If a bus is sold out, you cannot be moved to it. If a travel company has booked on a bus that is full when another friend wants to book then we advise that the friend book the bus that is vacant then email you and ask that your order moved to that bus your friend booked.
Always send from the email you booked from when you want to make a change. Do not write via facebook. The following needs to be found in the email.
- Order ID
- Which persons who wish to be transferred, the entire order or a specific number.
Please note that an extra fee may apply in some cases when changing the location.
2. Can you take some kind of nuts with you?
All forms of nuts are prohibited due to possible allergies.
3. Can I reserve places?
On some of our trips, place bookings are offered for a fee. Location booking is a separate process that takes place some time before departure.
4. Do you play music all the way to the festival?
We only play music until we reach Germany. Then there are sleeping hours so we will rested to the festival :)
5. May I bring a portable speaker?
Jajemän :)
6. Can I bring a trolley / camping trolley?
It is allowed to bring the trolley / cart if it can be folded up so we save space in the luggage compartment :)
Tent
1. How does it work when you buy / borrow a tent from you?
In some of the travel packages, tents are included. In other travel packages, this is something that must be booked separately in the online store.
Om det är förmonterat så monterar vi tältet till dig så det är klart när du anländer till campingen. I vissa fall där vi ej sålt med villkoret förmonterat så hämtar man ut tälten från reseledarna när bussen parkerat vid evenemangsparkeringen.
I de flesta fall så tillkommer en deposition mellan 500kr och uppåt beroende på vilket tält du bokat kort innan avresa. Denna depositionen betalas sedan tillbaka efter att vi fått tillbaka och kontrollerat tältet efter avslutat evenemang.
2. How does it work with the big family tents?
Our family tents can accommodate between 10 - 12 people and are easy to set up. The tents are fully inflatable so the end needed is a pump.
Depending on the trip it is, a little different conditions apply to the tent, sometimes it is already pre-assembled on the campsite while other times require assembly together with the tour guides when we have reached our camping area.
En deposition tar oftast ut på familjetältet kort innan avresa och återbetalas efter att tältet lämnats tillbaka och vi kontrollerat för skador med mera.

4. How do I make a name change for Defqon.1?
Two name changes need to be made if you want to sell the bus trip and the entrance ticket to Defqon.1
- Coretour's name change - Information is further up. This applies to getting the bus.
- Defqon.1 name change - The entrance ticket needs to contain the correct name. In addition to the name change at Coretours, you must also make a name change on the entrance ticket at Q-dance via this link. Detta behövs endast göras om du har registrerat din biljett hos Q-dance. Har du ej fått en SMS kod från oss och registrerat din biljett så behöver du alltså ej göra ett namnbyte via Q-dance utan endast ett vanlig namnbyte (skicka in namnbytes PDF:en till oss)
5. Can I book for more than myself?
Yes you can book for all your friends on the same order.

10. How do I get my Defqon.1 ticket?
You will receive a code sent via SMS. You use this code to register your account and ticket with Q-dance. Then the ticket will be possible to download from your Q-dance account and the confirmation email you receive after you have registered the ticket.
The code is sent out after Q-dance has provided us with these. We cannot answer when this happens when Q-dance has no date each year they send out the codes :)
11. Do you have any facebook group for Defqon.1?
Yes we have! Visit Swedes to Defqon.1 then you will find more like-minded people with the same interest as you :)
12. When is the code sent to register the ticket?
We send out the codes in batches as soon as we receive them from Q-dance. We never know when this is every year when Q-dance does not announce this.
It does not help to spam our mail or facebook support with this question but just make sure we get more work to do which means that it takes even longer for us to send out the codes.

Tomorrowland
1. Where do I register my Tomorrowland account?
We will provide feedback on the registration of the bracelets. Depending on Tomorrowland's layout, either we will register the bracelets for you or you will do it yourself. We will return with this via SMS or email which is stated when booking :)
2. How do I change my name for Tomorrowland?
Tomorrowland bracelets are personal and cannot be transferred to another person :(
Notering: Undantag gäller för Tomorrowland 2020 som blivit flyttad pga COVID-19. Du kan göra ett avgiftsfritt namnbyte fram till den 8 juni 2022. Efter den 8 juni 2022 skickar vi in våra listor till Tomorrowland och därmed kan man ej göra ett vanligt namnbyte.
3. Will you send out the bracelets?
In previous years, we have released the bracelets on the bus and we are also planning to do so this year. However, we still await information from Tomorrowland regarding the layout of the registration this year so the logistics may change. In such cases we will notify you via SMS or mail :)
4. What ticket packages do you offer?
It can vary from year to year. But usually it is the package below.
5. How many tickets can I order?
You can order up to 10 travel packages per order.
6. When are the tickets released?
If you do not find any information on the website, we have not yet received our directives from Tomorrowland about when to get tickets.
7. Hur dags brukar vi anlända till Tomorrowland?
Anländningstiden brukar variera mellan 07:00 och 14:00.

1. How do you handle my information? (GDPR)
§ 1 We handle all data based on the GDPR guidelines.
§ 2 The following information we save about you as a customer when booking a trip:
- Name
- Address
- mobile number
- ZIP code
- place
- Pick-Up Location
- Date of birth (in some cases)
- Country
§ 3 Information we save is used to be able to process your order and deliver our services to you.
Section 4 We use the following suppliers for our services
- Mailchimp for newsletters with updates on your booked trip and our other trips
- Google for our SMS services and guest lists
§ 5 If you have questions, please contact our data protection representative at our usual email address. Use "GDPR" as the headline in your email.
Section 6 When requesting your personal information, this is delivered in PDF form or alternatively in another format if required.
Section 7 We store our customer information for up to 5 years from the last order date. If you want to be manually deleted from our system, please contact us by email with the heading "GDPR".
